The Cities on the Palos Verdes Peninsula have a variety of regulations to preserve and enhance the aesthetics of the community. These include Neighborhood Compatibility, Site Plan Review, Wireless Telecommunication Regulations, and Tree Trimming/Removal requests. We help our clients navigate these and other processes to achieve the best possible result. Mr. Rigg served for the City of Palos Verdes Estates for 14 years as the Planning and Public Works Director and is most knowledgeable and effective advocate you can have on your team. He is certified by the State of California as a Professional Engineer as well as being certified as A professional Planner. Often times both sides of an application ask for his services due to his expertise.

1616 Paseo Del Mar Palos Verdes Estates - We obtained approval for a two-story home to replace a one-story home in an area very sensitive to views while maintaining a cordial relationship with the neighbors. Three Commissioners indicated that "This is the way Neighborhood Compatibility is meant to work."

705 Mexico Place Palos Verdes Estates - We obtained approval in one meeting for a 6,000 square foot home. The recent approval for the home next door took over a year.
