Projects

Each project has its own unique set of impacts and challenges.  Based on 16 years of experience working with these types of applications, a strategy is carefully crafted ensuring the best possible outcome.
Opposition to Proposed Home Resulting in Net View Enhancement

A proposed new home was proposed to significantly impact the clients' existing views.  With our assistance the design was modified to create a net improvement to views over the property.  Three residents joined together in opposing the project and engaging Rigg Consulting.

Opposition to Cell Phone Installation

Crown Castle proposed over 20 new cell sites within PVE.  At one location multiple sites were proposed, which created a dynamic of neighbor against neighbor.  We were engaged to assist and were able to bring an 11-month process to a firm denial in one meeting.  Additionally we were able to help focus the two group of residents on the fact that neither location was acceptable.

Support of Proposed New Home

A proposed new home was vehemently opposed by a neighbor whose home was orientated to look over the proposed home.  After being hired by the applicant, we prepared arguments, letters, and PowerPoints that were used to prove to the Planning Commission that the proposal should be approved, which it was the next meeting.

Opposition to Proposed New Home

Rigg Consulting was contacted by a previous client to assist a group of homeowners representing five properties impacted by a new home.  We provided analysis of the proposal, photo simulations, letters, and PowerPoints to convince the Planning Commission that the proposed home needed significant revisions.  The home was modified significantly and approved by the Planning Commission with minimal impacts to the neighbors.
